Safety-related hazards aren't restricted to large events. Recent tragedies at the Pulse Nightclub (Orland) and the Ghostship Warehouse (Oakland) demonstrate the need for events of all sizes to improve their awareness and preparedness. We'll focus on issues of particular concern to small events, and discuss measures producers, promoters, and artists can take to protect themselves and their audience.
