Kristin aka "Gypsy" founded We Are Team Hans, llc in 2011 with her husband Hans, although HANS actually stands for Have A Nice Show. The company was founded to be an all-in-one development/mgmt/marketing/touring machine for bands/artists.

Having booked & promoted at the club level in SoCal (think Macklemore in a 200 cap room, circa 2008) to managing artists such as The Memorials, she went on to manage tours such as Monster Energy Get Loud with Bone Thugs n Harmony, Captain Morgan under35potus, Scream It Like You Mean It, and The Decibel Magazine Tour, to list a few.
She is also currently handling A & R for Legend Recordings, Chris Bianchi founded label, distributed through ingrooves.

Her newest obsession is cryptocurrency: "It’s the Wild West, and it's the future of currency and exchange. We are becoming decentralized, at heart, rapidly, and currency will follow."

After successfully investing and deciding to blend her love of music with tech & crypto, Gypsy joined the advisory team of Digital Currensy: a new Digital Distribution Platform utilizing blockchain and integrating cryptocurrency, founded by CEO Adrian "Swish" Smith. "I’m hopeful that music can incorporate tech and start funneling money directly to artists, allowing them to distribute their music entirely independently, as well as oversee their royalties & rights."
